This site is constantly under construction.  I know, I know!  I'm a programmer and my website still looks like crap.  Well, until I can convince a client to pay me to work on this site......I'd rather play with my kids.  But this will give a rough idea of some stuff I've been working on.  Nearly all I do is for clients, so I need permission to display them here.  In some cases, that's a lot of red tape.   Please keep checking back.  Unfortunately, my ISP doesn't allow executables or zip files, so pictures are I'm able to display.

Automantra (2003)

I wrote Automantra for a friend who's into meditating.  It's written entirely in VC++ for Windows 95 and above.  It's actually quite a neat little program, it works on binary beats (plays a different "relaxing" tone in each ear).  I have full distribution rights to this program (this ended up being my payment), he only wanted it for himself in the end.  Personally I think I should market it as a sleep aid, it puts me right to sleep.  I get a lot of e-mail asking me what toolkit I use to design my stuff.  I use the "McClennen Toolkit V. 101.3" or something like that.  My own toolkit that has grown over the years.  Some controls and classes have retired to be replaced by others.  The buttons and window shapes, etc are all my own, and I use various editors to get the look and feel my client likes.

If you want a copy to try, e-mail me.   This was a fun little project.  I'm used to such big scale things these days.

Automantra splash screen still showing the old name before he gave me the rights:

Database Middle Tier Framework Front End GUI (1997)

Even though they haven't used this demo in 7 years, I haven't gotten permission to display this yet.  This is a database GUI with cans and attributes and rubberband lines, etc.  I also have a demo version of this written in Visual Basic 3.0 (gag!).    The demo GUI works, but it doesn't connect to the MTF itself.

LMS Tadil-A Display (1995)

Wrote this for General Atronics which is now DRS.  Still working on rights to display this one.  Defense contractors can be picky, especially when they're still using it!  Although I think the original program is no longer used, since it was written in MFC C++, Assembly and Visual Basic for windows 3.1, the overall GUI looks pretty much the same from what I'm told.
